If rain is in the forecast for your outdoor photo session, dont worry we will contact you a few days pior to your session and discuss potential options, such as rescheduling to a later date or finding an indoor location. We want to make sure we capture the best moments for you, rain or shine! 

We are based in Lafayette, Louisiana and some of our favorite places to shoot are Moncus Park and finding Green fields that make for truly remarkable photos. Our favorite time to shoot is Golden hour. These locations offer beautiful natural light and unique elements that make beautiful images.

As a retired nanny of over ten years (Hi, Danielle, here!) there is no fit that can't be fixed with a little light play, confidence boosts, or treats during the session.  We want your kids to feel at ease and comfortable to be themselves, and if that means running in circles and throwing themselves around, then we will photograph them in all their wild child glory!  We love the unpredictability of children at family sessions!

We always suggest neutrals, dresses, textures, bare feet, and comfortable clothing.  Rolling down a hill or frolicking through overgrown fields may be in the cards for us during your family session, so don't focus on perfectly pressed clothes but rather how all the tones and textures work together to create a cohesive, natural, relaxed vibe that you love in our current portfolio!
